Crypto funding
Only send the exact supported asset to the exact network and public receiving address shown for the payment request. Sending another asset, using another network, omitting required transaction information, or sending an incorrect amount may delay review or cause loss. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, keystore, or wallet password. Crypto deposits may require blockchain confirmations and administrator verification before account credit or product activation.
Fees, taxes, and conversions
Applicable fees or tax-related charges are shown in the payment summary when configured. The account-funding amount, charge, and total due are recorded separately. You remain responsible for taxes that apply to you unless the service expressly states that a listed amount is collected and remitted for a particular obligation. Crypto conversions use the displayed quote and rounding rules at the time a payment request is created.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to available settled funds, account ownership checks, destination validation, identity review, limits, applicable charges, and administrator approval. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forex & Stock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of the service, market movement, third-party data, unsupported wallet transfers, connectivity failures, or unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to completing open obligations. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, unpaid obligation, false information, or when required by law. Account records may be retained when needed for reconciliation, disputes, security, or legal duties.
